On this occasion, UNRIKA carried out socialization of PMB and RPL at the Bintan Regency Regent’s Office. RPL itself aims to facilitate students to obtain recognition for part of the semester credit units/based on past learning and/or experience. Past learning and/or experience that can be recognized can come from non-formal, informal education, work, achievements, certification, and/or from work experience.
Early socialization is very necessary in order to prepare oneself in order to provide academic comfort for outsiders to continue their studies. It was further stated that UNRICA’s acceptance of new students must be a new breath in helping prospective students who want to continue their studies, and hopes that prospective students can experience the process or at least feel the lecture atmosphere.
The University of the Riau Islands together with the Postgraduate Program carried out a socialization on new student admissions and RPL in 2024 which was attended by Deputy Chancellor I Mr. Dr. Dahrul Aman Harahap, S.Pt., M.M., M.Pd., Head of Master of Education Management Study Program Mr. Dr. Albert Effendi Pohan, S.Pd, M.Pd., Head of Master of Management Study Program, Mr. Dr. Lukmanul Hakim, SE., M.Sc.
