The National Seminar on Economics and Business Management (SENAKOMBIS) was held virtually with the theme “Economic and Business Perspectives in Indonesia Towards Golden Indonesia 2045” initiated by CV ODIS (Olahdata Integra Solusindo), Kharisma Venti Rahmawati (Third Sector Care Movement), in collaboration with Pasundan University, Riau Islands University, Trisakti University, Garut University, Indonesian Tourism College (STIEPARI) Semarang, Galuh University, Bina Insani University, Bandung Technology University, Indonesian Business Management College, and Indonesian Informatics and Business University (UNIBI) on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. At this National Seminar, the Chancellor of UNRIKA delivered material entitled Strategy for Realizing Superior Human Resources Towards Golden Indonesia 2045.
The government is targeting to become a developed country in 2045, and become one of the 5 world economic powers with superior quality human resources with 5 strategies set by Bappenas to prepare to improve the quality of the Indonesian population in 2045. This is stated in the 2020-2050 Population Projection Document which is part of the 2024 Government Work Plan (RKP), namely: (1) Realizing balanced population growth by formulating a new era family planning policy; (2) Encouraging even population movement with new era transmigration; (3) Supporting population aging by preparing independent elderly; (4) Closing the HR gap through earlier and affirmative preparation; and (5) Balanced regional development between rural and urban areas.
The National Priorities towards Superior Human Resources are: (1) strengthening economic resilience for quality and equitable growth, (2) developing regions to reduce disparities and ensure equality, (3) increasing quality and competitive human resources, (4) mental revolution and cultural development, (5) strengthening infrastructure to support economic development and basic services, (6) building the environment, increasing resilience to disasters and climate change, and (7) strengthening political, legal, defense, security (polhukhankam) stability and transformation of public services.
