UNRIKA – Entrepreneurship Award VIII 2024

The Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Mendikbudristek), Nadiem Makarim has launched Freedom to Learn – Independent Campus (MBKM) since 2020 by encouraging students to master various knowledge that is useful for entering the post-campus world. The MBKM program is deliberately designed to provide contextual field experience that will improve students’ overall competency, make them ready to work, or create new job opportunities, one of which is becoming a young entrepreneur.

The Entrepreneur Award is one of MBKM’s programs, namely fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among students so that they are motivated to become young entrepreneurs. This Entrepreneur Award is attended by private universities throughout Indonesia, under the auspices of all LLDIKTI.  Held on August 30 2024 at Muhammadiyah University Jambi. There are 2 categories being contested, namely business plan and ongoing business. The UNRICA contingent  had 2 finalist teams in the ongoing business category.
