Educational Leadership is one of the sciences that has an important role in the development of Education in Indonesia. Therefore, teachers must be able to change the mindset by providing motivation and teaching using interesting and fun learning methods.
Riau Islands University held an Education Seminar and Workshop, with the topics of Educational Leadership, Teacher Competence in the Smart Society 5.0 Era and STEM Implementation in Collaborative-Based Learning, Strengthening Interpersonal Skills in the Smart Society 5.0 Era, and Encouraging Confidence in Speaking English.
Followed by GTK MAN Karimun, on August 27, 2024 at 08.45 until finished. The seminar was held at MAN Karimun with the Chancellor of the University of Riau Islands, Mrs. Prof. Dr. Hj. Sri Langgeng Ratnasari, S.E., M.M., Vice Chancellor II, Vice Chancellor III, and Karodi from the Postgraduate Program. This activity aims to improve and strengthen educational competence in Indonesia.
