The 2024 Vocational School Mathematics Olympiad for the city of Batam was officially opened at the Riau Islands University on October 28 2024. The opening event was attended by Olympiad participants, activity committee members, mathematics education lecturers, and was attended directly by the Deputy Chancellor 1 of UNIRIKA and the Dean of FKIP UNRIKA. with participants from vocational school students, and this year we hope that this activity can run smoothly and successfully and can motivate that everything should not be seen in the results, but rather the progress and process that has been achieved.
Apart from that, Olympic participants are required to show their abilities, skills and creativity to face global challenges. The hope for Olympic participants is that participants can present an academic atmosphere that has fighting values so that they understand the process and struggle for optimal and best achievement.
